On the 3rd of July we hung out with the family and had a barbeque and watched fireworks. Jaxon fell asleep but not for long he wanted to see the bright lights and was curious about the loud noises.

Camp out at Manti
We went on our ward camp out in Manti. It was our first time taking Jaxon on an actual camping trip. We road a wagon and listened to music and played cards. Jaxon was all bundled up and slept between Matt and I. He slept great and through the whole night. Like a bug in a rug.
LOOK AT MY NEW TOY
Jaxon loves his new toy. He loves to play with all the giggits and gaggits. He is always smiling and talking when he sits in it.

First Stroller
It was Jaxon first time to go in a walk in his new
stroller. Of course he fell asleep.
I guess that is a good sign that
he is riding comfortable.
1st Time Visit
On the way back from our trip to Island Park we stop to see Grandma. It was the first time that Grandma had seen JaxonHe had a ball with her. He put out his hands for Uncle Rod. It was a good visit. We love you Grandma. We are so lucky to have a grandma like you. and it was Jaxons first visit.
Quake Lake
After a day of Yellowstone the next day we went to Quake Lake where a 7+ earthquake hit and a mountain side came down and covered a camp ground. I can't believe what had happened and the devistation and the people that died. Google Quake Lake and check out what happened. I was blown away. I has no idea that this took place.
It was cold and windy and erie. So I and strapped Jaxon in a carrier inside my Jacket. He slept the whole time we were there. He is such a mellow baby.

OLD FAITHFUL TRIP
We drove to Old Faithful and around up to Mammoth and then back to the Cabin. This took a whole day. Some of those geysers stunk pretty bad. It was interesting to see them though. Jaxon got to see a lot of stuff. Running waterfalls, animals, geysers, and so many other things. We had fun sight seeing.
Yellowstone Trip
Jaxon went on his first trip to Yellowstone. There were lots of Bison and it was a long drive. We had fun.
Look Mom...
"Look mom I am holding my own bottle."
I can't believe how big he is getting.
Matt likes that he can hold his own bottle, that way
he can get ready for work and let Jaxon feed himself.
I make this bib look good!
At five months Jaxon ate in a high chair for the first time.
It was also his first time eating from a spoon and actually swallowing.
He did a great Job and loved it.
Rice Cereal YUM!
Jaxon tried Rice Cereal for the first time at 4 months. He had a difficult time eating out of a spoon. So to help him to get his belly use to it until he could eat it off of a spoon, we fed it to him by a suringe.

Uncle Sean and Aunt Mandy
Uncle Sean and Aunt Mandy are wonderful examples. They love to play with the neises and nephews. Thanks for watching our kids we know that they are in good hands.
Uncle Jeff & Aunt Kim
Kim loves to hold and play with Jaxon.
Jaxon loves it too.
She is going to make a wonderful Mom Someday!
Fire in the Hole
Matt took me shooting for the first time ever. It was so much fun!
I shot some big guns. I did get a bulls eye!

We Love U!
Grandma we love you and hope you get feeling better! Grandpa you are such a great example to all of us. While Grandma was in the hospital he refused to leave her side until we finally kicked him out so that he could take care of himself. You are Super Grandpa.
